How’s this for speed control?
I don’t know about you, but this would slow me down! People slow down and try to "straddle" the hole, then breath a sign of relief they completely cleared it!
This is actually a speed control device that is in use, which is especially useful when moved around each day!

So far I have managed to complete the 400 sit-ups each day for the last 40 days. That is 16,000 sit-ups! Only 359 days to go!
