I was giving some thought to one of the business I work with when looking at the graph tracking the company results in the last 22 years.

Please note that each bar on the graph represents thousands of individual stories for each year—stories of challenge, courage, resolve, determination, loyalty, and success.

I would imagine that any thoughtful person studying this graph might conclude that we could be ‘on to something!’
