200 days down only 200 to go!
I have now completed half of my 400 x 400 challenge! It seems such a long time ago that I started to do 400 sit-ups each day and I have now reached the halfway mark!
It has become easier to do the sit-ups in terms of physical effort and I have noticed a dramatic improvement in core strength. However the motivation needed to keep going has become harder.
For me the most impressive thing is that I have lost 22lbs in weight (10kg) and 2.5 inches (7cm) from my waist! I am starting to be able to see the 6 pack that I had lost sight of for a few years…..
I can recommend this challenge in one form or other to anyone who needs to tone up. It is working for me.
