I have a wonderfully active 8 year old son, Zach, who I would like to see drink more water. He is very good at this normally, but I have noticed that he does not drink that much while at school.
But I may have found the solution. I purchased a camelbak drinking bottle which holds 750ml. It has a “flip up bite and sip lid” and is made of hard plastic.
Every day for the last 2 weeks has has returned home with an empty bottle. Upon questioning him about what happened to the water, he assures me that he is drinking it all.
Why? Because the bottle is cool, easy to use and also easy to carry around.
Result! Thank you Camelbak

Yeah! Great solution. I saw the movie “What the BLEEP do we know” and there was a enlightend part about water. A scientist made some experiments with water. They tokk water from a dam. They watched the structure of the water under a microscope and the structure was chaotic and “dirty”. Then they gave the same water to a ZenBuddhismMonk. He made a benediction to the water and then they watched its structure again in a microscope. This waters structure was so clean and ordered and it glows. They went on to try some thoughts to the water. The made labels with words like “Chi of Love” “Thank you” and some bad thoughts and badged them to the bottles. The results were amazing. All the structures in the different labeled bottles were affected by the power of thoughts. Maybe your son like to label his bottle with some thoughts about good feelings. Some suggestions – “Freshness” “Fun” “Clearness” “Power” “Purity”

I have 3 little girls…10,7,6…and i have also found that kool cups help. Water is important, but in an age of soda, juice, and gatorade it is hard sometimes…my husband and i have considered putting in a water cooler in our home, because our town has really crappy water…
