So far I have managed to complete the 400 sit-ups each day for the last 40 days. That is 16,000 sit-ups! Only 359 days to go!
What has been interesting is that it is now much easier to complete 4 sets of 100 rather than 8 sets of 50. I am just wondering how long it will be before the 400 sit-ups will be possible as a single set?
Still no sign of the 6 pack though. I think that the Christmas period had a lot to do with that! So it is back to a strict regime and lots of training…
