At last Oscar Pistorius has cleared the legal hurdle and is allowed to compete in the Olympics. While he has yet to run the qualifying time, the legal “BS” has been overcome and he can now focus on the running..
Regularly described as the fastest man with no legs, Oscar has to run 45.95sec for the 400m to qualify for the Olympic team. This is of course not the case for the 4x400m relay as there is no qualifying time for runners.
Best of luck Oscar and we look forward to seeing you in Beijing as well as London in 2012.
