Helping a real world business move or develop online is an interesting challenge (one which we work with at em3ideal), but sometimes I think that I am a 3 headed alien to them!

Regular conversations about building a web based revenue generation system that will help them capitalise on a wider audience can come across like I am from the outer reaches of the galaxy!

I am continually amazed by how many business owners and decision makers have a complete disconnect between their business and web.  And so it is the small step approach that seems to work best. 

By first identifying their goals and then outlining the incremental steps that need to be taken to reach them we are able to help them move forwards. 

As always we are dealing with an education process, dispelling myths and outdated ideas then identifying their ideal customer before we even set about looking at their website’s and processes.

I enjoy helping the client get results but sometimes wish that I was able to escape to the outer reaches of the galaxy, even just for a little while!
