For the last few weeks I have been busily preparing for the launch of a new service for Lawyers.  It is designed to provide an opportunity for those lawyers who wish to practice law but have become a little tired of the way they are made to work at the moment.  Long hours, increasing pressure and the hope of partnership always just around the corner.

The idea that there is another way is not something that has been widely accepted.  You are either in private practice or in-house.  A few brave souls will start their own firms, but that is not without its own risks. 

I have been involved in creating a new service called (at the moment) JCL ELITE and It’s My Law.  This is a service for lawyers seeking a career alternatve not an alternative career. 

Work has already been secured with a number of the top law firms in London and we are now looking for top class lawyers to explore this opportunity.

To generate the interest we have created a referal scheme that will reveard the person who introduces the lawyer to us (and who subsequently works) with a percentage of the day rate that we secure from the law firms.  Imagine finding a 5 top flight lawyers who ended up working with us, you could be paid for each day each lawyer billed.  A bit like being a partner in a frim without the endless meetings!  This referral program is open to all, lawyers and non-lawyers alike.
