I decided that it is time to punish myself for getting old and flabby. It is far to easy to get to the end of a year and kid yourself that you will make a change on Jan 1st that will last the rest of a year. So this year I have decided to set myself a task of completing 400 sit-ups per day for 400 days.
I was fishing around for a starting point and have realised that there are exactly 400 days until the end of 2009 if I start today.
This is additional exercise over and above the training that I am doing at the moment. No excuses will be accepted, even on the day that I am due to complete the 3 Peaks Challenge.
Roll on the end of 2009 and having rock solid Abs!
