There will be a £2,000 discount from next month on cars bought where the owner scraps another car more than 10 years old.

David Cameron put a great spin on this.  Something that has been in place for 10 years that pumps out a lot of hot air, and ready for the knackers yard is a great description of the current Labour party.

Time for a change. Labour should be scrapped after 10 years.
